I have spent years searching for the best commercial, shareware and freeware tools for supporting winodws based systems. Most tools are adequate at best and quickly come off my list of "must have" tools (which is failry short). The qualities I Iook for are longevity (how long has it been around and how long will it be supported), value (for monies spent), ease of use (I frequently have to walk my customers through use of certain tools remotely) and customer support. I was able to run your registry and memory tools and both were failry priced, easy to use and your support is responsive and serving the customers needs. I will have to try the disk defrag in totality but I expect the same. You have already come to the top of a short list in three out of four categories immediatley. That is rare in my experience. I often have high exectations but am let down in the actual usage experience. Your support is excellent. I will be strongly recommmending your tools to my customers and friends.
